Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 1 hour of placing it.
After this period, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
